    在抗日战争和解放战争时期，山东根据地银行就注意货币政策、利率政策等方
面的理论研究，注意银行会计等专业人才的培训。1958年以后，在票币整点、储蓄
抽卡和计息等方面开展技术革新，推广点钞机等新技术的应用。1980年以来，随着
金融系统科研机构、学术团体、教育基地的建立和发展，电子计算机和通讯卫星的
推广应用，从理论建设、科学决策、人才培育、技术手段等方面，大大推进了金融
事业现代化的进程。
