    人民银行专门行使中央银行职能后，本着“非金融机构不得经营金融业务，金
融机构也不得经营非金融业务”的原则，进行金融业务管理。各金融机构实行分业
经营，银行业、保险业、信托业、证券业不得相互兼营。人民银行通过金融业务管
理，协调、监督各金融机构的业务活动，制止各种违章违规行为。
