    1938年3月，伪山东省公署设财政厅，厅内下设秘书室、稽查室及第一、 二、
三科。第一科下设文书、金融、庶务、会计、款产5个股；第二科下设田赋、契税、
营业税、杂税4个股；第三科下设预决算、审核、金库3个股。1941年进行调整，将
预决算股独立出来，成立第四科；增设第五科，下设出纳、计算两个股，负责出纳、
保管及各项帐簿、报表等事宜。各县伪公署一般都设立财政科及各税征收机构。
