    伪山东省公署于1938年制订了有关会计管理制度，规定伪财政厅应设置岁入簿、
岁出簿、预算差入簿、现金出纳簿、预算外现金出纳簿、推算簿等。但因日伪政权
财政不断恶化，不得不频繁修改有关会计制度，直至日本投降，也未能形成稳定的
会计制度。
