    光绪末年，度支部颁布《清理财政章程》，试办各省财政预算，1910年( 宣统
二年)度支部拟订预算册式及例言，通行各省清理财政局依式填注。是年8月，山东
曾编报宣统三年财政收支预算。1911年9月又编报宣统四年财政收支预算。 辛亥革
命爆发后，宣统三年预算未执行完，清廷即被推翻。
