        〖地方外事费〗〖建国后〗〖财政〗〖支出〗〖项目〗
    地方外事费是地方党政机关、民主党派和人民团体由地方预算开支的外宾招待
费和出国费用。1977年前在行政支出内列支，1978年在其他支出中设外事费科目，
当年支出191万元。1979年～1985年，山东省暨济南、青岛等6市分别与5 个国家的
15个对口城市建立了友好关系，因此地方外事费有较大增长。1985年支出308万元，
比1979年增长61.3％。1978～1985年共支出1278万元。
