    边境建设事业费是为改善边境地区面貌，加强对敌斗争，用于沿海重点城市发
展工农业生产、整修商业网点、交通道路维修、邮电通讯设施、文教卫生事业的补
助和边境所、检查站的事业费等方面的费用。1978年始有此项支出，1978～1985年
共支出1555万元。
