    支援不发达地区发展资金是用于支援经济不发达的革命老根据地、少数民族地
区、边远地区以及穷困地区的专项资金。为改变革命老根据地的贫困面貌，1984年
山东省成立“开发建设沂蒙山区指挥部”，始有此项支出，当年支出346.3 万元。
1985年达到1008.7万元。
