    山东革命根据地的其他支出，一般是由财政部门直接支付的临时性支出，如罚
没提奖支出、财政部门直接支出的债务支出、赔偿支出等。1941年上半年全省其他
支出法币53.5万元，占财政总支出的15.36％。1948年全省支出北币361866 万元，
其中债务支出195923万元，损失支出4648万元，罚没提奖等支出161295万元。1949
年全省支出旧人民币27.8亿元，其中债务支出3.6亿元，损失支出0.6亿元，罚没提
奖等支出23.6亿元。
