    是用于县级和县级以上民政部门举办的残废军人学校、教养院、疗养院、休养
院、复员退伍军人精神病院、光荣院(烈属养老院)、烈士纪念建筑物管理单位等部
门的经费。1950年成立山东省荣军总校，下设5个分校，1个荣军疗养院，1 个荣军
教养院，其经费包括在其他抚恤费内。1981年设优抚事业单位经费科目。 1981 ～
1985年共支出3812万元，占同期抚恤事业费的10.87％。
