    日伪统治区的“抚恤”费，也称“赏恤”费。1938～ 1940 年列在行政费内。
1941年划出称“赏恤”经常费，并增加职员“退职”金及“慰劳”金两项支出，是
年概算数伪联币16万元，占财政支出概算的0.92％。1942年概算数20万元，占财政
支出概算的0.84％。
