        〖建国后〗〖财政〗〖支出〗〖用途〗〖计划生育事业费〗
    计划生育事业费包括手术减免费、避孕药具经费、基层计划生育专职干部经费、
独生子女保健费、计划生育科学研究费及其他计划生育事业费。1963年在其他卫生
事业费中设计划生育事业费，1964年单独设款，当年支出130万元。 此后随着计划
生育工作的加强，支出逐年增加。1980年4月起，对父母是干部、职工的独生子女，
每月发给保健费5元，到14周岁为止。1964～1985年计划生育事业费共支出约3.4亿
元，约占同期文教科学卫生事业费支出的2.61％。
