    是教育部门举办的盲童学校、聋哑学校、弱智儿童学校及其他生理缺陷儿童学
校和工读学校的经费。建国初期在教育支出中设盲聋哑学校经费科目，支出数额每
年一般不超过10万元，1959年后并入其他教育事业费，1982年在教育事业费中设特
殊教育经费项级科目，1982～1985年共支出836万元，占同期教育事业费的0.27％。
