    1906年(光绪三十二年)改山东学政衙门为提学使司，负责全省学务，1907年后
年支提学使俸廉、公费及员司薪津、书役工食、弁勇薪饷等项银共 18312. 8 两。
1906年，提学使衙门内设立学务公所，负责全省教育及其经费筹拨，1908年，该所
年支员司薪津银35725.37两；各项杂支，包括查学川资、收发所房租、找领工料、
书役弁勇工食及其他杂支银12903.86两。
