        〖文教科学卫生事业费〗〖概述〗〖财政〗〖支出〗〖建国后〗
    清代末期兴办新学，开支一部分教育经费。民国时期除教育经费外，又增加少
量卫生费支出。建国后，文教科学卫生事业迅速发展，国家预算中单设了文教科学
卫生事业费类级科目，支出内容除教育、卫生事业费外，还包括文化、科学、广播
电视、 体育、 计划生育等各项事业费及公费医疗经费。 1950 ～ 1985 年共支出
1502829万元，占同期地方财政总支出的25.53％。
