    是行政事业单位不够基本建设投资额度，按固定资产管理的一般办公设备、车
辆、专业设备等的购置费。1965年前每年支出一二百万元，以后逐年增长。1978年
后行政机关为适应工作需要陆续购置了大量微机、复印机和交通工具等，设备购置
费增长较快，1985年实际支出4995万元，占公用经费的17.27％。
