        〖民国〗〖日伪统治区〗〖司法费〗〖财政〗〖支出〗〖用途〗
    日伪统治区的司法费，主要包括伪高等法院、地方法院及看守所经费，各县监
狱、承审处经费等。1938年实支26321元，占政务、警务费支出的1.01％；1939 年
531265元，占10.67％；1940年784107元，占12.42％。1941年因“省库窘困，收不
敷支”，经伪华北政务委员会核准，“高等法院直辖各法院及新监所经费，统由中
央负担”，而各县承审处及旧监所经费，则“仍由省库支给”。当年司法费概算75
万元，占政务、警务费概算的8.18％。1942年概算1036996元，占政务、 警务费概
算的7.59％。
