    日伪统治区的财政费，包括伪山东省公署财政厅各项经费，各地税捐征收机构
经费等。1938年实支148822元，占政务、警务费支出的5.72％；1939年191424元，
占3.84％；1940年172965元，占2.74％。1941年又增加税务征收机构，并将偿还中
日实业公司债款由预备费内划归财政费，当年财政费概算1262164元，占政务、 警
务费概算的13.77％。1942年概算1364048元，占政务、警务费概算的9.98％。
