        〖农村开荒补助费〗〖财政〗〖支出〗〖建国后〗〖用途〗
    1979年，为了支持农村人民公社有计划地开荒造田，开发土地资源，在支援农
业生产支出类中，增设了农村人民公社开荒补助费款级科目，专门用于开荒面积大、
资金有困难的农村开发利用荒地的补助费用。当年支出100万元， 以后两年支出较
少，到1982年停止安排。
