    1896年户部派定山东每年认还借英、德、俄、法国款银( 《马关条约》签订后
赔偿日本军费借款)39万两，1899年又增加9.25万两，共48.25万两。1900年后，每
年摊解清廷借麦加利银行克萨磅款利息银3万两。1901 年清廷指定山东每年摊解“
庚子赔款”银90万两，实际每年上解72.8万两。到光绪末，山东每年共摊解赔款、
债款银达124万余两。1909年山东收回德国在鲁的5处矿产，偿还银34万两，分4 年
还清，每年还银8.5万两。1909年山东共上解以上赔款、债款等银132.5万余两。
