    山东上解直隶武卫右军兵饷，1902～1905年和1907 年每年上解银 112 万两，
1906年和1908年各上解银116万两。另自1904年起每年认解练兵经费银1. 2 万两。
1907年又增解陆军第五镇军饷35.8万两。1909年清廷创立海军，山东摊解开办费银
80万两，每年定解20万两。另外，每年认解海军常年经费银15万两。
