    (一)　科Sphyraenidae
    油　 Sphyraena pingius Gnther沿海称香梭。 体细长，略呈梭形，背腹较宽，
尾柄粗，头尖长。具强大犬牙。侧线发达，平直。体背部黑褐，下部灰白，尾端较暗。
为肉食性经济鱼类。沿海常见，但产量不大。
    (二)鲻科 Mugilidae
    鲻 Mugil cephalus Linnaeus地方名白眼或青眼　，通称鲻鱼。头宽而平，吻短，
脂眼睑发达。上下颌牙绒毛状，无犬牙。无侧线。体色青黑，上半部有几条黑色纵带。
肉味美。沿海及河口常见，亦进入淡水。
    　 Liza haematocheila(Temminck et Schlegel) 亦称赤眼　，沿海名梭鱼、红
眼或肉棍子。形似鲻鱼，但脂眼睑不发达，捕起后眼充血常呈红黄色。能生活于浅海
及河口， 亦可进入淡水，为港养对象。山东梭鱼年产量50年代最高达5 000吨，70年
代～80年代都在4000吨左右，港养也较河北少。尚有发展潜力。
