    (一)鲇科Siluridae
    鲇 Silurus asotus Linnaeus 古称鲇， 今通称鲶鱼。口宽大，口须4根～6根。
背鳍1个，甚小；背鳍后无脂鳍。臀鳍甚长，各鳍均无骨质棘刺。无鳞，粘液丰富。
山东以湖泊中产量较多，但个体很小。鲇多栖息于水草丛中，肉食性，肉质细嫩，味
美，是食用经济鱼类。
    (二)　科 Bagridae 亦称　科，中国种类较多。
    黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco (Richardson)古名黄　鱼、黄颊鱼或　　，
亦混称　。今通称黄颡，湖区名革牙。天然水体中常见。山东以湖区产量最多，但由
于滥捕，现个体更小。为常见经济鱼类。
