　　山东百货公司在商品具体分配供应上，基本遵循以下原则：(1)根据各地区社
会购买力的大小、人口的多少和当地消费习惯，参照往年销售实际进行分配；(2)
城乡都需要的工业品优先供应农村；(3)关系生产生活重要的紧缺商品“城乡兼顾、
保证重点、照顾一般”。如60年代初对火柴、肥皂、胶鞋等供应紧张的商品，实行
凭票定量供应。如对书写纸、帐簿用纸、学生作业本用纸、防汛手电池等实行专项
安排供应。(4)对侨汇物资和少数民族需要的传统商品实行特需供应。
