　　1958～1965年是第二个五年计划和国民经济调整时期。在“大跃进”和人民公
社化运动中，以高指标、瞎指挥、浮夸风和“共产风”为主要标志的“左”倾错误
泛滥起来。全省商业部门受左倾错误思想的影响，购销追求高速度、大指标，脱离
购销业务大炼钢铁，以致造成商业工作的严重失误和国家财产的大量损失浪费。经
过调整时期，总结经验教训，恢复商业机构，调整商业政策，纠正“左”倾错误，
商业形势和市场商品供应逐步得到好转。
