　　全省国营商业企业的工资形式，以计时工资加奖励为主，个别行业实行计件工
资、提成工资、辅之一些单项奖励。1985年后，试行浮动工资、定额工资、岗位工
资制，推行工资总额与经济效益挂钩(简称“工效挂钩”)，工资总额包干的办法，
使工资形式由单一的计时工资转向多样化。全省国营商业企业职工工资总额，主要
由标准工资、职工奖金、生活福利性补贴三大部分组成。
