　　随着自有汽车和驾驶员不断增多，管理工作逐步严格。山东省商业系统于1963
年参照交通运输部门有关行车管理办法，实行“六定”(即定人、定车、定轮胎、
定电瓶、定油耗、定工具)管理制度。1981年开展了“六好车队”(安全行车好，完
成任务好，维修保养好，节约原料好，服务质量好，经营管理好)竞赛活动，制定
了评比标准，定期检查总结。1982年根据商业部通知，开展了“安全行车标兵”竞
赛，规定标准为：政治思想好，指标完成好，无行车死亡、重伤和千元以上损失事
故，安全行车50万公里以上者。至1989年，经市、地商业局推荐，商业厅审查命名
“山东省商业系统安全行车标兵”843名，其中安全行车达100万公里者56名，被商
业部命名为“全国商业系统安全行车标兵”，均颁发了荣誉证书。
