　　建国初期，全省仅有一所青岛商业学校，设两个专业，教职工45人，在校生
650人。1966年前，全省有中专2所，职业学校5所，技工学校1所。1978年，中专学
校7所，技工学校2所，另有4所中专学校附设技工班。到1990年，中等职工技术学
校发展到17所，其中中专学校7所，技工学校10所，共设置23个专业，总批准规模
9120人，在校学生9674人，教职工1603人，其中教师849人。1980年以来，全省商
业用于教育的投资累计5850万元。
