　　对肉蛋价格的掌握，一直采取与粮食保持合理比价的政策。首先使猪粮比价保
持合理，大体掌握1∶5.5，即1公斤生猪的收购价格相当于5.5公斤玉米的价格。带
骨猪肉地销零售价格，在生猪派购前，一般为70％左右的毛白差价率，派购后掌握
60％左右，1977年后降为55％左右。剔骨猪肉零售价格每公斤另外加价0.12元，
1979年10月改为加价0.16元。鸡蛋与猪肉比价，按斤蛋斤肉掌握，即一公斤鸡蛋零
售价格相当于一公斤带骨猪肉零售价格。对瘦肉型猪，实行另外加价政策，每公斤
瘦肉型猪收购价格，一般加价0.10元左右。
