　　山东省各种肉类、家禽、蛋品和蔬菜等副食品生产，有悠久的历史。建国前，
远销省内外。
　　建国后，副食品生产得到全面发展，肉食蔬菜等成为全国主要调出省份，有力
地支援了城市、工矿区和国家社会主义建设的需要。
　　中共十一届三中全会以后，随着农村推行“联产承包责任制”，副食品的生产、
经营、购销渠道发生了很大的变化，由国营商业独家经营副食品的局面逐步转向多
渠道、开放式的经营格局，购销形势更趋活跃。
