    大地天文测量是指以观测天体星象位置，确定地面点的天文经度、纬度和天文
方位角的天文测量。天文测量为三角测量(导线测量)提供起算和校核数据，并确定
垂线偏差来研究大地水准面的形状，在国家(或区域)的大地网计算中，有关椭球面
与地面数据的归算等，都需要大地天文测量的成果。
