    全省的三、四等水准测量，参测单位多，用途广，测量年代不一，依据的技术
标准不同，使用的仪器繁杂，大体可分为区域水准测量、资源勘察和工程水准测量。
建国初期，各测量单位使用的高程系统不一。至1958年，全省的水准路线才逐步统
一到“1956年黄海高程系”上。
