　　平板玻璃的原料配制是将长石、石灰石、白云石等块状料先经二级或三级破碎
(块度控制在200毫米以下)，再经筛分后入料库，粉状料则直接经筛分后入库。入
窑原料的含水率一般控制在5％左右。物料称量和匀化，过去多为手工和普通机械
操作，1982年威海玻璃厂采用了电子称量和电脑控制，1985年青岛建华玻璃厂引进
了比利时微机控制技术，明显地提高了配料称量的精度和混合料的均匀度，保证了
玻璃的质量。
