　　1978年中共十一届三中全会后，为了适应农村建房材料的需要，省内一些建材
企业开始生产混凝土农房预制构件(简称农房构件)，其中为数众多的乡镇水泥构件
预制厂成为生产农房构件的主力军。1983年，全省农房构件产量为17.6万立方米。
1984年，山东省成立了农房建筑材料成套供应公司，进一步加强了行业管理。1985
年，全省农房水泥构件的产量达到47万立方米。
