　　水泥磨制的主要设备有水泥磨和混合材烘干机。
　　在湿法回转窑生产中，最初使用直径2.2～2.4×13米开路长磨，台时产量为16
～24吨。70年代又采用了直径2～2.7×3.6米二级闭路短磨，台时产量为20吨。
　　在干法回转窑生产中，70年代使用直径2.4×12米圈流式水泥磨，1984年起逐
步推广直径3×11米开流式水泥磨，台时产量19吨。
　　混合材烘干多采用直径1.5×12米以上逆流烘干机、直径1.5×15米顺流烘干机
和直径2.4×18.35米回转式烘干机等。
