　　1974年，山东工业陶瓷研究所开始筹备氮化硼纤维研究项目，1976年正式立项
后，用硼酐玻璃拉丝，两次通氨氮化，研制出高弹性模量定长氮化硼纤维。1979年
用氮化硼纤维加工造纸，用作高性能长效锂电池的隔膜。1983年，氮化硼纤维的研
究工作被列为国家“六五”科技重点项目，通过中间实验，建成了国内第一条年生
产20公斤定长氮化硼纤维的生产线。该所用氮化硼纤维复合石英玻璃和氮化硅制成
的导弹天线窗防热部件，在材料透红外、韧性和耐热性方面，具有良好性能。到
1985年，山东工业陶瓷研究设计院是国内唯一进行氮化硼纤维研究和生产的单位。
