　　山东省属煤炭产量较多的省份。长期以来，能源构成以煤为主，由于煤炭加工
利用方式落后，煤炭燃烧技术陈旧，能源转换利用率低等因素导致了煤烟型大气污
染日趋严重。废气中所含主要污染物为二氧化硫和烟尘，1981-1995年废气排放情
况见表3-1。
