    全省的勘察设计队伍，是建国后随着经济建设事业的发展而发展壮大起来的。
中共十一届三中全会后，全省勘察设计工作适应以经济建设为中心的指导思想，改
革管理体制与管理制度，采用新技术和新手段，创作出了众多具有齐鲁建筑风格、
融汇国内外先进水平的优秀建筑设计。据统计，1983年底，全省共有勘察设计单位
119个，职工11182人。1988年，全省有勘察设计单位478个，职工15950人。发展到
1994年，全省共有勘察设计单位879个，职工32000人。自1981年以来，全省获国家
级优秀设计8项，省级二等奖以上的优秀设计119项。
