　　1938年1月，日军侵占华北后，在天津成立南满州铁道株式会社北支事务局，
在济南设出张所。同年6月，济南出张所改称济南铁路局。1939年3月，南满州铁道
株式会社北支事务局改称华北交通株式会社，对华北地区的铁路、公路实行分区综
合管理。济南铁路局内设总务、经理、运输、电气、工务、自动车、警务、水运、
工作等处，辖胶济铁路全线、津浦铁路黄河涯至兖州站(兖州以南至韩庄及薛枣支
线归徐州出张所)。
