　　1979年，济南局按铁道部要求开始物资计划核销工作。1980年，自下而上进行
物资核销，清理物资消耗原，始记录，按季整理分析核销资料。1981～1985年，对
维修、大修、更新改造、基本建设、自筹资金等5个方面的钢材、原木、水泥等3个
品种的主要材料都逐年进行计划核销。提高了计划的质量，明确和控制了物资消耗
的实际状况。
