　　1962年起，济南局按照铁道部《材料消耗定额办法》进行消耗定额管理。“文
化大革命”中，材料管理制度被破坏，消耗无标准，材料随便用。1977年，重新建
立起物资消耗定额分级管理制度。1978年，查定机车、车辆、工务、通信、信号等
维修材料消耗定额998项。1980年，又查定基建工程物资消耗定额506项。1983年，
进一步建立健全物资消耗定额管理制度。修定机车检修、车辆检修、工务检修、房
屋维修等459项消耗定额。并把物资消耗定额列为技术经济指标，加强管理，降低
物资消耗。
