　　1951～1952年，济南局对财产进行清产核资，建立固定资产卡片。1953年，整
理卡片，补齐缺漏，使卡片、帐目和实物三者相符。1971年，清查了“文化大革命”
中损失的财产。1973年，实行《核定固定资产需用量试行办法》，完成核定固定资
产需用量工作。1983年，按铁道部规定确定固定资产使用年限为10年到90年。
