　　1981年，济南局制定《标准列检所条件和鉴定方法》、《标准化检车员条件》
和《验收室标准化条件》，开展车辆部门作业标准化活动。每年由车辆段、铁路分
局和路局三级鉴定验收，合格者命名为标准化列检所或标准化组、室。到1985年底，
实现标准化的列检所8个，标准化组室13个。
