　　成立于1984年1月，原称山东省公路运输联合公司东营市分公司，系由惠民地
区分公司设在东营市境内的2个汽车队、8个汽车站划归东营市组建而成，隶属省公
路运输联合公司。1985年7月下放东营市，隶属东营市交通局，定名东营汽车运输
公司。1985年有职工946人(其中汽车司机281人，保修工148人)，有汽车221辆(其
中货车159辆，客车62辆)。
