　　始建于1962年8月，系由当年汽车运输收归省管时济南市留用的车辆、人员组
成。时有职工672人，营运汽车112辆(其中客车2辆)。1985年设汽车队6个、修理厂
1个、汽车站1个，有职工2294人(其中汽车司机565人，保修工602人)，汽车338辆(
其中客车51辆，货车287辆)。该公司主要担负济南市的货物运输任务，兼营客运。
1963年至1985年，共完成货运量2095万吨，货物周转量70711万吨公里。
