　　1985年始，各地市汽车运输公司相继开办汽车驾驶员、汽车修理、财会等专业
班，公路管理部门开办公路工程、养护等专业班，航运系统办有港机和轮机等专业
班，对在职职工进行技术教育。初期学制均为2年，后根据不同的学习内容，学期
有所缩短。此外还根据行业特点利用冬季空闲时机集中进行冬训，如公路施工、内
河船舶等即采用这一形式。
