　　1945年9月，胶东军区交通部在山东莱阳城北崖后村举办汽训队，培训汽车和
摩托车驾驶员，学制半年。1946年3月建胶东交通学校，除原汽训队改为汽车和摩
托车专业外，又增设土木工程专业，主要培训修筑公路和桥梁技术人才，学员150
人，学制仍为半年。学员按部队编制,实行供给制待遇，结业后分配到部队或地方
机关工作。同年10月，因解放战争形势所迫，学校停办，教职员工和学员全部由胶
东军区安排工作。
