　　山东地方国营海运企业组建于1952年，由青岛海运局(始称山东省交通厅航运
管理局青岛分局)统一经营管理(包括地方港口)。1985年根据海上运输发展的需要，
国营青岛海运局划分成青岛、烟台两个独立核算的海运公司，分别经营海上运输。
随着海上运输和港口生产能力的提高，以及扩展国内航线，开辟国际航线，实施经
济核算，采取增收节支等措施，企业经济效益不断提高，为国家积累做出了贡献。
