　　一号坝渡口位于垦利县城北2公里，防洪工程一号坝险工处，连接辛(店)孤(岛)
公路和陈(庄)垦(利)公路。原为民间渡口，1979年辟为公路渡口。
　　一号坝渡口有东、西两个码头。东码头为四级石砌码头，西码头距东码头260
米，是1984年渡口自筹资金8万元建成的二级土码头。1985年有双体渡轮4艘，趸船
2艘，拖轮1艘。日均渡车1600辆，旅客2000人。
