　　清河镇渡口位于惠民县城东南33公里清河镇南侧黄河北岸，下航1公里至南岸
的高青县海里干村。渡口利用自然滩地靠船，连接庆(云)淄(川)公路，是鲁北交通
要津。渡口形成于清咸丰年间，一直以木船摆渡行人车辆。1952年始以木质平摆渡
运汽车。1962年正式辟为公路渡口。1964年建成高、中、低三级石砌码头，长90米，
坡道长160米、宽9米。1973年加高码头1.5米，成为三级码头。
　　1954年开始使用拖轮渡运，1974年双体渡轮投入运营。1985年，有双体渡轮3
艘，木质拖轮和平摆各1艘，趸船2艘。日均渡车150部，旅客2500人。
